Yes, if your case will be recognized as a guarantee. We do not find fault with repainted parts, or parts that are ridden hard.

  1. These warranty obligations are drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and confirm the buyer's right to guarantee goods service.
  2. Our brand guarantees the absence of flaws, manifested in the form of material defects and / or other defects of a production nature, in the sold goods. In case of detection of these defects during the warranty period, you have the right to provide warranty service for the purchased goods. Warranty service includes the replacement or repair of components and parts, as well as any other actions aimed at eliminating the existing shortcomings. The right to carry out corrective actions may be transferred to third parties without the consent of the consumer, in part or in full, at the discretion of the seller.
  3. Within 14 days from the date of purchase, the purchased goods can be returned or exchanged for a similar one in accordance with article 26.1 of the RF Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Goods that are not returned under warranty must be completely new, i.e. unused and retained the whole package. Covering the costs associated with transporting the product is not included in the warranty.
  4. The STRESS brand reserves the right to limit the scope of warranty obligations or to completely refuse warranty replacement due to:
    1. Normal (natural) wear of components and parts.
    2. Accident or traffic accident.
    3. Operation of a bicycle in a mode not foreseen by its technical characteristics, including negative temperatures.
    4. Neglecting treatment that led to the failure of the bike or its individual components.
    5. Incorrect installation, adjustment, repair or maintenance, carried out independently or by persons not authorized by the seller to carry out maintenance or repair work, as well as the lack of the necessary periodic maintenance during operation.
    6. The presence of deformation mechanical damage (bends, chipped material, deep scratches, gash)
  5. These warranty obligations apply only to the first owner of the goods (the warranty is not transferable).
  6. Our warranty obligations do not relieve in any way the responsibility of the owner for conducting regular inspection examinations and, if necessary, maintenance of the product.
  7. Our warranties do not include periodic maintenance, not related to the occurrence of defects, but necessary to ensure the smooth operation of components or bicycles purchased from us.
