Max is very exacting about the grips material. It is enough just to say that before we finally choosed the material, we tried many types of rubber, and Max simply refused to ride on some of them. As a result, about a year of tests, we stopped at Kryton rubber. It successfully combines what we were looking for: high wear resistance and incredible softness.

We have been choosing the length for grips for a long time, and stopped at the optimal length in our opinion – 165mm. Anything longer looks weird, and short grips are not so comfortable with barspins.

STRS grip barends are made from durable nylon. And under the barend, we placed an aluminum spacer so that the barends would not be cut off by the handlebar when the bike falls.
